Specialists For Women participates with most insurance carriers.  We recommend that patients contact their insurance carriers to determine coverage.  Co-payments are collected at the time of check-in for those patients whose insurance requires a co-payment. 

Patient payments may be made by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

Patients should bring insurance card(s) and identification to all appointments.
